Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Ensure they have the rights to all content shared with us
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within the agreed timeline.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect input from the client.

Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality. All materials shared will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slidexpress Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. In such cases, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
