At Slidexpress, we take pride in providing high-quality, customized design services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• • All design work is developed based on the information, preferences, and approvals provided by the client.
  • Once a project has been initiated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of project status or outcome.
  • If a client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts or revisions, we will work collaboratively within the scope of the original agreement to address concerns.
  • Refunds are not available for time or resources already invested, including research, planning, or preliminary designs.
